A bioinformatics post-doctoral position is available at the Laboratory of Integrative Cancer Immunology at the Cordeliers Research Centre (Sorbonne University, Paris, France) for working within the frame of a cancer immunology project using system biology approaches. The laboratory has expertise both in biology and bioinformatics (http://www.crc.jussieu.fr/jerome_galon2019.html ; http://www.ici.upmc.fr ). Applicants will have a strong background in bioinformatics with expertise in Java, and R, and deep-sequencing analysis. The applicant should have good knowledge of biology, particularly in the fields of cancer and/or immunology. A previous experience in statistics, deep-spatial image analysis, and/or modeling is a plus. The project will involve a close cooperation with other bioinformaticians and biologists.
This position is financed through a post-doctoral grant obtained by the laboratory (INSERM, Paris, France).
This is a three-year Postdoctoral position, to be filled as soon as possible.

He pioneered the Immunoscore. He is the co-founder of HalioDx company and the Chairman of its scientific council. His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the William B. Coley Award, an international prize which honors the best scientists in the fundamental and cancer immunology, and Award from the National Academy of Science and from the National Academy of Medicine.
